I honestly don't know what we would have done without Emily. Despite only being our day of coordinator, she was on top of all the details a month and a half out from our wedding day which took a huge weight off of my shoulders. Our day had a few hiccups and she handled them flawlessly. Her calm energy is contagious and brought balance to some of the more chaotic parts of the day. She doesn’t miss a beat – from ensuring our groomsmen had removed their phones from their front pockets to us sitting down with full dinner plates in front of us, she is simply the best. Emily kindly offered her availability at our convenience preceding the big day. It was super reassuring to know we could shoot Emily a quick email, or hop on the phone at any point. The in-person meeting a month out from the wedding was really constructive.
Emily entered our wedding day with a big smile, and was ready to get to work. Amidst wedding venue setup, Emily checked in and updated us throughout the day - this follow-up alleviated the day-of stress. Emily was a vital piece of our wedding! My husband and I often say getting a day-of coordinator was the best money we spent for the wedding! She ensured that everything ran smoothly during planning and on the wedding day. It was a huge relief to have her there to handle the big and small surprises that are inevitable with a big wedding.
